This bowl with its USSB shield has an early Shenango backstamp that dates it to approximately 1912-1920s, but considering that the USSB wasn't formally organized until 1917, this estimate should be adjusted to 1917-1920s..

The oval bowl is just 6 3/4" x 4 3/8" and measures around 1 1/8" high. It has medium utensil marks in the well and also has two small, dark firing flaws in the well.
