This is a pristine group of chocolate cups, made for The Biltmore hotel in Los Angeles, quite possibly when it opened in 1923. The date range for the German Fraureuth backstamp is circa 1898 to 1935. They were furnished to The Biltmore by Kniffin & Demarest, distributors
The cups are 4" high and 3 3/4" wide. I've taken quite a few photos of them, mostly because they are so incredibly gorgeous and in such great condition.
The coin gold inside the rim, on the Biltmore's gilded "B" crest and on the intricate handles is all intact.
The price listed is for one cup. Of course postage will be combined on multiple purchases and any overcharge refunded right away.
