This bowl is a beauty, and one of the growing list of hard-to-find colors in the family of flips. Although marked simply Utilities Specialties, it was made by Hall China and sent to Utilities Specialties to have the lid applied. The bowl is the larger size, measuring approximately 5 5/8" by 3 5/8". It is in excellent condition. The lid has the usual myriad scratches that are the result of heavy duty cleaning in a commercial kitchen, and opposite the knob there is the dent that happened when the lid was dropped back on itself hundreds of times.

The bowl itself is very clean, with no chips or cracks, and the glaze is still bright and shiny with only light use marks. It is possible to see fine, all over crazing marks on the bowl, which is very commonly seen in glazes by certain manufacturers.
