I don’t like to use the word rare, but considering this flip is the only one I’ve seen in transparent pink with lush convex ribs, I think it applies. I’ve had others with this beautiful shape, but none have had any manufacturers’ marks. I can tell they are very old. I believe the proper term for this glass is Depression Pink.
The bowl is 4 5/8 inches in diameter by 3 ¾ inches high. The lid is a bit dull with allover scratches and use marks and some erosion of the plating, which I can feel more than see. The glass has a few straw marks or shear lines, and as you can see in the photos, there are horizontal rub marks on the glass about three-quarters of an inch from the top.
